RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Hoss Style & Co LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in its original packaging
- Tags are still attached
- The product is not damaged
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Lingerie
- Undergarments
- Final sale items
- Personalized products
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
